Shipping & Returns




Dispatched within 48 business hours of purchase, we use Yodel delivery service normally and supply a tracking number with your delivery email.

Tables & Larger items

Please email in regards to tables and larger items. We offer UK shipping but will need an address to calculate the postage.



In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will either give you a full refund on the return of the damaged goods OR we can send a similar replacement of the same or less value within our stock range at the time of the return.

All orders are supplied on tracked delivery, you have 48 hours from receipt of your order to notify us of any damage. You must inform us within the 48 hour period, if for any reason you notify us after this period, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please email with two clear photos of any damage and we will advise you on how to proceed.

How do I return my item?

If you wish to return your item, please make sure that it is returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that you include the order number, your name and address inside the package.

How long will I have to wait for a refund? 

We will refund you in full (the cost of the item plus delivery costs) once we have received the returned package and processed it back into our workshop, crediting back to you through the same method by which you originally paid. We endeavour to pay all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
